Arc Le Salon Offers

• Arc Le Salon shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any offer or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of an offer for any reason.

Offer Codes
 

• An Offer Code can also be referred to as a Promo Code or Voucher Code. All can be used interchangeably.

• In order to redeem an offer, a valid offer code needs to be provided, as described by the offer.

• Each offer code is valid for two people only.

• The offer code may need to be presented at the venue on your arrival.

• Offer codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Participant Requirements
 

• Must be 18 or over with valid ID for alcohol or tobacco related products.

• ID may be requested at the venue on your arrival.

• Smart dress code applies.

Booking
 

• A valid offer code must be entered into the 'Voucher Code' box in the contact details screen during the booking process. If the offer code is not provided, the offer cannot be redeemed for the booking.

• Only one offer code can be used per booking.

• A £10.00 non-refundable deposit, will be taken per person, during the booking process.

• Booking must be at least 72 hours in advance.

• Only confirmed bookings will be valid.

• Confirmation of your booking may be requested at the venue on your arrival.

• Special requests, allergies and dietary requirements can be added in the 'Comments' box during the booking process. We will do our best to accommodate requests but it cannot be guaranteed. Certain dietary options maybe subject to a surcharge.

Availability

 

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Available booking dates and times may be restricted based on the offer.

• Some date exclusions may apply.

• Weekend (Friday to Sunday) dates may be available at a small supplement, see Surcharges below

• Bank holiday bookings may be available at a small supplement, see Surcharges below.

Late Arrivals

Your booking reservation will only be held for 15 minutes from your booking time.

Cancellations

48 hour cancellation policy applies.

Walk-ins

If the offer permits:

• Walk-ins are subject to availability.

• A valid offer code must be presented at the venue. If the offer code is not presented, the offer cannot be redeemed for the walk-in.

• Only one offer code can be used per walk-in.

Surcharges and Service Charges

• £4 per person surcharge for Friday to Sunday bookings.

• £4 per person surcharge for bank holiday bookings.

• Vegan afternoon tea is available for a £3 per person surcharge.

• 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to the final bill.

Alcohol and Tobacco

• Must be 18 or over.

• Valid ID is required for alcohol consumption.

• Valid ID is required for tobacco consumption.

In addition to the Terms detailed so far, the following Terms also apply to each offer:

Shisha & Cocktail for Two Offer
 

• Advanced booking is essential; no walk-ins.

• A valid offer code must be provided during the booking process.

• Only confirmed bookings will be valid.

• Book at least 1 week in advance, subject to availability.

• Availability from 1st February 2022, between 14:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday.

• Weekend dates and bank holidays may be available at a small supplement, as detailed above.

• Maximum stay: 60 minutes from your booking time.

• The products served are subject to change, without notice, based upon seasonality and product availability.

• Offer comprises of:
  One traditional shisha with two pipes to be shared between two people. In addition to 1 drink for each person, with a choice of either a cocktail, mocktail or glass of Prosecco. The cocktail and mocktail choice selection may be restricted.

 

Gentleman's Retreat for Two Offer
 

• Advanced booking is essential; no walk-ins.

• A valid offer code must be provided during the booking process.

• Only confirmed bookings will be valid.

• Book at least 1 week in advance, subject to availability.

• Availability from 1st February 2022, between 14:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday.

• Weekend dates and bank holidays may be available at a small supplement, as detailed above.

• Maximum stay: 60 minutes from your booking time.

• The products served are subject to change, without notice, based upon product availability.

• Offer comprises of:
  1 shot of Laphroaig 10 years old whiskey per person
  1 La Invicta Honduran Tres Petit Corona cigar per person

Four Cocktails for Two Offer
 

• Walk-ins available until 17:00.

• A valid offer code must be presented in person for walk-ins.

• Advanced bookings required from18:00 onwards with the last booking at 21:00.

• A valid offer code must be provided during the booking process.

• Availability from 1st February 2022, between 14:00 and 19:00 Monday to Sunday.

• Only confirmed bookings will be valid from 18:00 onwards.

• Book at least 1 week in advance, subject to availability.

• Maximum stay: 60 minutes from your booking time.

• The products served are subject to change, without notice, based upon seasonality and product availability.

• Offer comprises of:
  Four cocktails from a limited selection to be shared between two people.
